  • Can I pre-book a transfer to the Gold Coast or Gold Coast Airport?

Absolutely! Unlike some services, we guarantee reliable pre-booked transfers to the Gold Coast and Gold Coast Airport.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits and payments are fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

  • Do you charge extra for waiting time?

Yes, after a 10-minute grace period, we charge a waiting fee of $1.00 per minute.

  • Do you offer a price match guarantee?

We do offer a price match guarantee, but it excludes UberX and UberXL. A written quote must be provided for us to match.

  • How do I pay for my ride?

We accept cash, card payments, and other convenient online payment methods. All details are securely handled, and we’ll confirm payment options when you book.

  • Can I request a specific driver?

While we aim to accommodate specific driver requests, it may depend on availability. Dominic personally handles many of the rides to ensure quality service.

  • Are there extra charges for damage or cleaning?

Yes, if any damage or cleaning is needed due to actions by you or your guests, market-rate fees will apply for repairs or cleaning.

  • What vehicles do you use?

We offer a range of premium vehicles, including luxury sedans and a Mercedes V-Class 7-seater, perfect for group travel or those looking for extra space and comfort. Be on the lookout for our new Mercedes Benz ultra luxury sedan, coming soon.

  • Do you provide baby seats or booster seats?

Yes, we can provide baby or booster seats upon request. Just let us know at the time of booking to ensure we have everything ready for your trip. Children under the age of 7 years old MUST be in an appropriate booster or child seat in NSW no exceptions.

  • What are your business hours?

Our regular hours are 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. For services outside these hours, a 20% surcharge will apply.

  • Do you offer transfers for corporate events or weddings?

Yes, we provide transport services for all special occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and VIP transportation. Contact us for a tailored quote.

  • How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for airport transfers or special occasions, to ensure availability.

  • Do you provide services outside Byron Bay?

Yes, we cover the entire Northern Rivers region, including Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore, and surrounding areas. We also offer long-distance transfers to Gold Coast and Brisbane Airports. However, all journeys must start or end in NSW.
