Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope

DRVR offers reliable, pre-booked transportation services within the Northern Rivers region, including Byron Bay, Ballina, and Lismore, and extends to the Gold Coast and Brisbane Airports. All journeys must begin or end in New South Wales.

2. Booking and Payments

Customers can book directly through the DRVR website, by calling 0435 522 711, or using the DRVR app. Payment methods include cash, card, and online payment options, all securely handled. Specific driver requests are considered based on availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Deposits and payments are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the service may not qualify for a refund.

4. Waiting Time

A 10-minute grace period applies for all pickups. After this, a waiting fee of $1.00 per minute.

Airport Pickups: For Brisbane Airport, Gold Coast Airport and Ballina Airport pickups, a complimentary 20-minute wait time is included to accommodate baggage claim and passenger collection. Additional wait time beyond the initial 20 minutes will be charged at $10.00 per 10-minute block (or part thereof).

5. Damage and Cleaning Fees

Customers are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required due to their actions or the actions of their guests. Standard market-rate fees will apply for any necessary repairs or cleaning.

6. Child Safety Seats

For safety, baby and booster seats are available upon request. According to NSW regulations, children under seven must use an appropriate child restraint.

7. Business Hours and Surcharges

Our standard operating hours are 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Services provided outside these hours will incur an additional surcharge.

8. Special Event Services

DRVR caters to corporate events, weddings, and VIP transfers. Please contact us for tailored pricing and availability.

9. Liability

DRVR is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. We reserve the right to adjust routes as necessary for the safety and efficiency of the service.

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns. For unresolved matters, clients may seek arbitration.

We collect personal information, including names, contact details, and payment information, to facilitate booking and payment processing. Location data may be collected for accurate fare calculation and service provision.

2. Data Usage

Your information is used solely for service delivery, payment processing, and customer support. DRVR does not engage in selling or sharing your information with third parties without your consent, except for essential service providers (e.g., payment processors).

3. Data Security

DRVR takes privacy seriously, adhering to the Privacy Act 1988. We implement strict security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.
